Focus: Muscles of Target

  • Calves
  • Abdominal
  • Quadriceps
  • Traps
  • Neck
  • Chest - need to get rid of man boobs
Goal: 168 pounds 

BMI: 25.3 

Currently:

Weight:
176.3 pounds 

Body Shape: My body shape looks skinny but once I take that baggy shirt off you can see i have allot of abdominal fat. Not trying to be racist but you know how those starving kids in Africa have big bellies even though they don't eat that much lol that's me. It sucks because i've a greater chance of getting diabetes which runs in my family. 

Plan:


  • Wake up do 8 min abs
  • Do Insanity Program (everybody u can get it online for free not trying to decrease sales but just informing the public that there are torrents and it doesn't take long)
  • Run for 20 min - when I say run I just mean quick run 
  1. Remember you don't want to pressure yourself at the start or else you will most likely get lazy and not do it the next time. Get a workout but don't go overboard. 

Passion to Change

Life is all about sticking to your goals and passions. If you don't stick to what you're going to do then you wont change and move instead you'll probably be very depressed. For the past 5 years I've been trying to find out how to be strong and have an attractive body. My life always got in the way and I truly didn't try hard enough. I realized i needed to push myself to get what i wanted. Don't get me wrong I know what your thinking now "you just realized  that now" and you know what your right. I've read many articles and watched videos to find the solution to my problems but at the end i never put use of the knowledge i got. Knowledge earned but not used is of no use to one at all. I'm not trying to sound like some guru but i'm just speaking the truth your worst enemy is always youself and everyday is a battle to conquer the lazy part of you. This is my problem and i'm hoping recording my progress will some how inspire others to get off their couches and start doing something.
